Big Hit Entertainment pulled a knife towards BTS and TXT haters.
On the afternoon of June 29, the Big Hit side announced the progress of the complaint against BTS and TXT haters through a platform created for fans.
The Big Hit side said, “We recently filed a complaint with the investigative agency based on the evidence collected through our own monitoring and self-monitoring of fans. Some suspects of the previous complaints were sentenced to fines. The rest of the suspects are also being investigated. In this process, there was a case in which the suspect under investigation was selecting an agent and asking for an agreement, but according to the principle, he delivered an intention to never choose.”
“In particular, the information of those who have written malicious posts about BTS for a long period of time has been collected and delivered to the police, and some of them have been accused of crimes in the police investigation and are waiting to be disposed of after prosecution. If they continue to engage in criminal acts, we will not only file additional complaints but also seek strong civil claims.”
Big Hit has responded to malicious posting publishers related to Tomorrow By Together, saying, “Recently, we have legally responded to malicious post authors, including defamation, insult, sexual harassment, the spread of falsehood, and malicious slander against TXT. Corruption of defamation against those who continue to write or disseminate malicious comments, posts, etc. that are not socially acceptable beyond just expressing opinions in communities, blogs, SNS, portal site news, sound source sites, etc. Complaints were taken on charges of protection, etc. (Article 70) and insult (Article 311).”
